Summary
This leadership role oversees Deposit Operations, managing teams in Fraud Support, Payments and Reconciliation, Imaging, and Quality Review. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, supporting product launches, and leading operational risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deposit operations, including payments, ACH, overdrafts, and reconciliation.
- Lead, coach, and develop department staff and team leaders.
- Develop and maintain policies, identify automation opportunities, and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, update disclosures, and oversee the bank's overdraft processes.
- Participate in acquisitions, product development, and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of banking operations experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, technical systems, and risk management.
- Preferred certifications: ACH, Faster Payments, or Check Professional.
